Independent Curator and Art Historian
I am an independent curator, art historian and professor of art history from Long Island, NY. I received my B.A. (magna cum laude, 2013) and M.A. (2019) in Art History & Criticism from Stony Brook University.
I have over ten years of curatorial experience and have worked on a variety of large-scale visual arts projects. Since 2017, I have managed the Patchogue-Medford Library's Claire Davidson Siegel Gallery and have previously held curatorial positions at the Patchogue Arts Council and Islip Art Museum.
My passion for art history has inspired me to develop a range of lecture-based programs, which I present at libraries and cultural institutions throughout the Tri-State Area and abroad. I have written extensively on the arts of the Greater South Bay area, with my work published in ACES Magazine and Greater Patchogue.
Currently, I am Adjunct Faculty in the Visual Arts Departments at Suffolk County Community College and St. Joseph's University. I regularly teach Art History I (Prehistoric through Medieval) and Art History II (Renaissance through Impressionism).
